A VISIT TO HISTORICAL DUNSTER WEDNESDAY 21 SEPTEMBER
We had a very pleasant Community minibus trip along the coast road to Dunster. The weather was nice and sunny. We got off the minibus near the Yarn Market just after 11 am and arranged to meet for the return journey at 2 pm and then went our separate ways. Coffee was a first priority and several of us found a very pleasant garden tea room where we chatted for a while before having a walk about. The Museum and Doll Collection was visited. One of the group went up to the Castle, others did the historical walk taking in the church and other places of historical interest. We all found little places to have our lunch-time refreshments, again sitting in a very pleasant garden. When it was time to get back on the minibus, we returned through the middle of Exmoor where we saw several groups of ponies.
